Courteous. Is the word I'd chosen to describe Andre. Despite his looks Andy is what you would call a kind and courteous person.
When in need times, he won't also offer only a physical defense, but also a emotional support, being a friend safety boat when they need comfort or a shoulder to cry, but of course, he will only listen, and maybe say a word or two, but don't expect a big speech coming from him, as Andre is a man of actions more than words.
Despite being a 'sweetie' Andre can piss off people easily, thanks to him being an airhead, he can end up missing hints/slangs/ or just being forgetful. [Aka, don't ever try to drop a hint or saying something in a indirect way, just say it straight].
A though courage, in times of need he would always be the first one to stood up to his friends and mates, sometimes being a little reckless.
Don't mistake him being confident with him being full of himself. The boy is what you would call a natural sunshine, the type of person that is sure of himself, but will never think he's better than other people. He just knows well his abilities and knows 'how to do his shit' without needing others help. Even so, he's not a type that will be spontaneous, as he is more of a type of listening then talking - An observer.
Although being clingy and in need to have a friend around him (big silly bear) he won't show that, he'll only feel it; Andre always avoid talking about himself and his feelings. In the end, just being by his side is enough to make him happy.

▌Ｂｉｏｇｒａｐｈｙ▌

Andre was born and raised in a big middle class family, the oldest son of 3 boys and 1 girl. When he was just a small kid, around the age of 3, his family moved from Mexico to Dank City (I guess Dank City is in USA? So his family moved to another country and ended up in Dank City) thanks to his mother work with fashion design (she just wanted to open her own brand business and make it big - didn't really worked in the end, so she's just a really skilled tailor that can make just any clothe from just pictures). His life was just the average, he was never good with studies and as soon as high school ended he dropped it for good; his father wished he would just help him at work and end up on being a car mechanic, but the boy had other plans. Just like his mother, Andre always loved art, but different from her, he wanted something more wild than just being a designer or working with fashion, he always loved tattoos.
Of course, at first his parents were against the idea, and they really didn't had money to help him on opening his own studio (after all they need to feed 4 kids beside him), but Andre worked hard on small part times jobs, such as being a waiter and even giving a hand to his father at the garage. In the end they had to accept their son dreams as he was responsible and worked hard to open his own business.
There isn't a big reason why he joined the gang, when he noticed he was already part of it? He used to hang out with some weird dudes when he was in school, that friendship lasted for many years, they were the biggest reason why he asked his father to help him build his weird bull car, as other peeps had their own bikes and rollers, even after high school he kept with the gang, and once he had his studio the guys started to kill time there... .
At some point he was just "Well, I'm in a gang? I guess." to his parents after they asked why his friends were like that when there was a bunch of weirdos playing video games in the back room of his shop.
