Cute styles and pastel colos used together doesnt mean underage, If you check alot of Eouss' other works you can tell that it is simply their style and considering it says thicc I think its safe to say that of the non-existant age since no one has won the OTA yet, they are not underage.

That is true, However in general, a cutesy art style does not mean a character is underage either.
This is an offer to adopt, It has no age, why? Because so far no offer has been accepted, Once someone wins the adoptable they can decide the age. But until then its basically non-existant currently.
Also I just realized eouss hid their past works so theres not much to show you it is simply their style like I mentioned in my previous comment but toyhou.se/1075928.beatrice-/ga… is one of their designs I bought in an auction, as you can see the same overall drawing style is used however beatrice is not underage.
My point to you is that a cutesy type art style and pastel colors does not equal underage.
Edit: (another example toyhou.se/461525.andalusite-/g… this is a cutesy type art style peice I comissioned of my OC andalusite, you could say that he looks pretty young here due to the style however he's 26.
