Haha woah, apparently they're going on the same route no matter what they're doing. Of course, both pairs are linked to one another as a real world/mirror world's bond no matter how different they interact and progress in relationships and/or anything in one or the other, they still share the same fate.A bond made through inner feelings and energy the real world transfers to the mirror one, and their fate are bonded too.
I guess you can say that its a "Destiny Bond". Haha get it? Y'know.. that pokemon move-- //shot
And if you're wondering why its different from this old deviation i made -> a contrast <- Its because i used a certain magic of progress called "Character Development"--//shot Aaaand because Dim was still blinded (Shown by the black goo in his eyes), he didn't know that he's been horrible towards an abused, innocent, apparently warm hearted, half-mirror-half-human being.
Random Fact : This link between the Real and the Mirror world occurs universally in this universe and not only specifically for Bean Sam n' Tim.

The mirror version can't die and/or immortal, they'd stick their limbs back on again or grow it back. Its a Deadpool thing.
Their real world counterparts won't feel anything most of the time but if its really painful, the real world counterparts would feel a slight ache and/or feel a little troubled and maybe a slight numbness on the limb(s) that their mirror ver looses.
This however only goes one way. If the real world counterparts're the one that got hurt either emotionally, mentally, or physically, it'd affect their mirror version significantly and even change who they are mentally, emotionally, physically (Ex: Lose a limb, gone depressed, etc)
Not only that but the mirror ver suffers way worse than their real life counterpart since they're the one who keep their real life ver's feelings and negative energies as well and they have to express those feelings somehow and to a certain person's mirror ver.
To put it simply,
Real life -> (Cause, effect) -> Mirror ver = 3× More Effective
Mirror ver -> (Cause, effect) -> Real life = Not effective (most of the time)
Real life -> (Feelings + Negative energy × 3) -> Mirror ver -> Express and/or unleashes -> On themselves or Certain mirror ver
