Edit: "commissioner" has no permission to use this since they never payed.A Tribal Mermaid. Done traditionally and coloured digitally in Photoshop.
I don't usually draw mermaids but I like how this one turned out and I like putting fins in the middle of tails. Kinda gives them a graceful-dragonesque feel to it. XP

I can try. I've always wanted to do a more "realistic" mermaid. But that'll have to wait until I finish some comishes/prize art I'm currently working on. I'll definitely get to it though.
