I love the clarity in your photo 
Since you submitted for feedback, I have only a suggestion for you:
I find the reflection on the lake is very beautiful, however, the ferrise wheel reflection was not being captured fully. If you could try to take the shot include the whole reflection, it could be flawless
That's all for my suggestion. I have nothing to say about your skills. The photo is very clear and somehow interesting when look at. The black and white tone also makes the sky stronger. Well done!

p/s: This is just a personal thought. The image is set to view so small, so that I cannot enjoy the full beauty of it. If you could set the image to be viewed with higher resolution, it would be nice to enjoy your photo

Thank you for the feedback. I agree with your suggestion, the original image has full reflection of the wheel, but the bottom part of it is all crooked an weird, so I cut it of. Unfortunately I didn't have my tripod at the time and this is a travel photo, so I couldn't go back to repeat it. I think the water would be much better with a long exposition... maybe some other time

Maybe it happened due to the strong ripples on the lake. In that case, cutting it off was really a nice idea
