I absolutely like the design we're getting for this Gundam so far.
The Gundam might not look like it's finished being built but what's wrong with that? Not to mention it reminds me of my own Gundam . And yes, the new series is called G-Tekketsu which worries some people because to them it sounds like a sequel to Recoguista in G, these people probably don't have any Gundam sense. Apparently 80% of Gundam fanbase thinks G-Reco was absolutely garbage, the only ones that don't are those who hate Build Fighters Try. I don't know where this data came from but I liked both, and I think they both have room for improvement.
