Doraemon is an old, famous Japanese character...
Doraemon is a robot cat from the future who helps geeky(?)boy with cool stuff from the future.
Grim is a reaper from hell who helps stupid boy with cursed stuff from hell.
Kinda similar, eh? Maybe it's just me
Oh, and the letters in the background says stuff like
'I;m bored' 'DO my homework' 'I wanna see the future'etc..
