This is a bit of fanservice for all LeChatxMadHatter fans out there.Their relationship is only slightly implied in the manga but it has it's reasons and I love it ;3

What kind of fabric did you use and the and what kind of frills did you use for the shoulder army rotc things(sorry i'm not sure on what to call it)
Also what kind of pattern did you use OwO

The red fabric was just a really nice one I found at a local fabric store. I don't know how it is called. The black fabric on the shoulder parts is black nappa leather. The gold parts are sprayed (with gold acrylic spray paint) bias tape and some kind of cord tape (don't know the right word for it)
Pattern was totally self-made... but this won't help you out, will it?

Lol its alright I'll probably compare it to like Roy Mustangs outfit since its similar, I'll probably use a canvas material but its helping it gives me a better idea on how to tackle it thanks chu also your wig and ears how did you do that (i'm not good at picking wigs -sniffles-)
