Description Who says Dot's the only one allowed to be cute in the show? ;D

Inspiration for this was "Cutie & the Beast" and Wakko's Wish. And i saw a friend of mine post some random anime character doing the "puppy starry eyes" with the glitter background so....i thought i'd give it a whack. :33

Hope ya like it as much as i had fun doing it.
