Arms looks like they're lacking musculature, but the legs don't, and her fat levels indicate she's actually eating healthily.
Judging by the weights on the rack, Reimu's lifting ~100 lbs plus the bar, which is at least 25 lbs.
Her current exercises are squats, for developing the thighs and particularly the buttocks. This will help with endurance running, though most hunts involve sprints.

Thanks for the complement, I enjoy pointing out the details.
From what I've seen, Reimu's job involves mostly investigation or flying duels. However, HRtP and FS 25 has shown her performing sprints.
~125 lbs is the upper end that someone who doesn't regularly lift can bench press. Squats, however, involve lifting with the legs so this weight isn't so difficult in this case. More important is keeping the barbell balanced and keeping proper form (don't wanna hurt the knees).
As for Reimu's vague age, she's either a late teen or recently 30 (my headcanon), neither of which should hinder her. Mind, age shouldn't even hinder mortals . Given Reimu's mentality and capability, she'll likely die during old age, but not of it.
