This is just a theory buuuuut... This draw means that the boy grown up but he still see the girl in halloween? For me theres 2 options, if the girl is a ghost, then the boy visits her each halloween or she visits him. If the girl (i mean what the kid sees, cause we dont know if what he sees is a ghost or only an illusion of the real one, the dead one ) is not real, then the boy maybe sees this illusion as a memory of his old dead friend, or as a trauma. Btw, the feelings are killing me

machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.
Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on
a Monday night at 12:00 a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you

Oh my god, I watched the video, but it had Faded by Alan Walker (diff video then the orignal, didn't see the orignal till after) and it made it even sadder! The animation and art style is amazing, and it's so sad, I cryed a lot at the ending

This is even more bittersweet. I mean it's sweet that they still go trick or treating together. He boy even kept the mask he had on the day he found out that she was actually dead! But...she's dead, right? Shouldn't she move on? That part is bitter.Β
But if they're content with this, I guess this is a beautiful friendship.Β
