-Bio: Victor is a Cuban narrow gauge engine that is in charge of the operations at the Sodor Steam Works at Crovans Gate, alongside his friend/partner Marlin, the works diesel. He is very wise, intelligent, and always enjoys keeping busy, and all the engines, steam or diesel, standard or narrow, respect him in high regards, as he always supervises the repairs or repaints they have, and he has a great sense of humor and a heart of gold. He can always put a smile on another engines face when need of comfort, and always looking out for them and giving them positive advise in case they need improvement, but that doesn't mean he can't be strict with any of them should they be conceited or impulsive, or any mischievous tricks from cheeky tank engines, or if any devious diesels are lurking around and being nosy. And from time-to-time, he and Marlin can get annoyed with Kevin's clumsiness, but they still care a great deal for their friend. He is proud of taking charge of the Steam Works, and sometimes visits the Skarloey Railway once a week for routine repair visit. All the engines rely on Victor, and Victor is always happy to help them in need too.
-Artist's Commentary: After adding Marlin, of course I had to add Victor, as he's one of my favorite CGI characters, and I can't see why I shouldn't add him in. Kevin is okay, but when I draw and upload him, I'll let you know what I think of him. What also made Victor great for me was his backstory in Blue Mountain Mystery, which is amazing that we go into depth for this character, and the first time we hear a foreign language in the series, in this case, Spanish, though I wish they had subtitles so I can understand what he's saying, even though I only know a little bit of Spanish, so at least I know what he's saying. I gave him the same traits I wrote in Marlin's bio, as when writing for Marlin, it was going to obvious, as these two are one in the same anyway, so don't know what the difference is anyway. But be sure to catch both and Kevin in Engines Together very soon! Next up, will get to the engines that work on the Estate Railway at Ulfstead Castle.
