Definately my most succesful digital work to date, really proud of this one.

This painting seemed like it took forever and i really tried to focus hard on my values, i learnt a ton of stuff and really enjoyed myself especially once i got passed the 'yucky' stage. Its a real consolidation of alot of practice of technique and theory that i have been trying to improve upon endlessly.

Was playing around with some textures and colour blending modes with some work i was doing and tested it on this, really liked the results and thought it looked pretty cool. What do you think? Do you prefer the monotone version?
