I draw the frames on Paint tool SAI
and as we all know that you can not animate on SAI alone
I used photoshop element 0.6 to do the animation.
Though, Photoshop elements isn't that good program for animating since the file has to be small and can't be that long, either way it won't animate it complaining its too big of a file.

To my knowledge, you can animate on any Photoshop.
it doesn't have to be Elements, really.
(the elements one sucks more than regural Photoshop.
And by that I mean is that Photoshop Elements can't animate large files nor a file with too many frames. Which sucks majorly.
But it's kind of hard to animate with Photoshop so I animate with Photoshop Elements instead :'D
