Well, I know this is Lulu, but it was actually referenced from a photo of my friend who cosplayed as Lulu. However, I changed a few things b/c the photo quality wasn't the best and also just to make it a bit more Lulu-ish. I hate, hate, HATE the lace b/c it doesn't look like lace, & b/c it was a butt to do. D:< The hand's kinda gross, too. D: I found that the eye kind of follows you, though, so that's cool.
