I wasn't gonna upload this, but I really liked how the picture came out. I love my ancient hand-me-down DSLR.

I am poor, so rather than buying the dad-in-law something cool, we got him four boxes of cream cheese, a box of Nilla wafers, and some blackberries from the bush in our yard.

Then I added VALUE (Chef Willis would be proud) by calling it Marbled Blackberry New York-style Cheesecake with Lemon Créme Chantilly and Sugar Blackberry Compote.

I started making this last night around 10, and it didn't finish baking until past 3 in the morning. I was supposed to cool it to room temp before I wrapped it and chilled it, but I was dead tired, so that's why the condensation bubbly things are on top. I promise it looked perfect before I got impatient.
