How do you make this bright picture?
The color is so bright and shiny, but soft and the same time

I don't know ._. I just drew the outlines with a pencil and then I used my color pencils. I didn't really know what I was doing xD And I took the picture with my Iphone and used my table lamp to make light and that's what came out^^
