motivation: X-Calibur was a suit I designed back in the early 90´s. Most of my older designs have great ideas in mind, bubt the realization was poor back then. I enjoy making them anew...I enjoy even more to compare and see If and how much I improved my technique.

nah...X-Calibur...not Calaber.
This is a Crusader-Armor....got tons of them in my cupboard. The Crusaders r another story I invented long time ago. The crusaders are exactly what their namesakes were in the middle age. Warriors of a holy cause.... They all have the names of weapons . Dagger, Sai, Battleaxe, Kusari and so on. X-Calibur is just the name of King Arthur´s sword...but I like the "X-" thing better
