Okayyy, finally finished this guy
and I've to say I'm really satisfied with him 
Thanks for helping me out with his costume's color

Origin:
Rory Rights was a scientist who studies the cosmic power from out of space. He invented a machine that can generate cosmic power but he didn't know that machine is actually connected with the cosmic power from deep space. That's why the machine exploded and Rory absorbed part of the cosmic power. That "part" gave him amazing powers so he decided to use his power for good. But earth already have a lot of heroes protecting, so Rory flew outta space and came to other planet that needed saving. But he'll return to Earth if something big happend.
Abilities:
Super Strength.
Flight.
Invulnerability.
Cosmic-ray Vision: he can shoot cosmic power from his eyes.
Hearing: Ultimax could hear sound at almost any wavelength and at great distances.
Healing Factor.
Genius Intellect: he's a scientis after all.

Marvelous is more like Luke Cage with some of Superman's powers.

I like his design, very clean and simple. When youre a Superman class character you dont need a gaudy costume.

Very cool design and concept. Nicely done.
I admit to smirking and shaking my head when I see huge numbers in relation to how much a character like this can lift. I feel (personally) that it's given the misconception that Steel Wolf isn't that strong because of the way I classify him.
Steel Wolf isn't a planet pusher. I find that excessive, personally. But he's certainly stronger than just 100 tons. Steel Wolf could lift the Great Pyramid of Giza with room to spare and that seems plenty to me.
