This is my partner ~YellerCrakka and I in our Tales of Symphonia costumes at AX 2005.The moment I saw the Wonder Chef, I knew I had to cosplay him, he's the coolest! My partner was originally going to go as the Dark Chef, but when we got Regal's Chef variant, it was a sign, and this duo of Symphonia Chefs were born!
I love my giant fork so much, my partner and I made it out of foam and PVC pipes, with metallic fabric around the tines. This was one of my favorite costumes to wear, and one of the most comfortable, I wore it to like 4 conventions though, so I think it's about retired now.

I know! We were originally going to go as the Wonder Chef and the Dark Chef, but my partner changed his mind to Chef Regal, and I ran out of people to dress up! ;_;
