fuuuu, sorry. For me if he looks like a Sans, it is a Sans.
And i am serious with what i said, i don't like classic Sans that much, his lazyness letting Frisk die over and over. In my story Frisk carries the pain of each death when he loads, and Sans remembers. So he has let a 10 years old die a lot of time. Eventually i gave him a redemption arc, and now he tries his best to be better everyday.

he is a Sans. He actually IS Sans but not anymore. He was Sans but Sans died in the Genocide and through Chara and Alphys he came back. He renamed himself Serif because in his eyes Sans is still dead uwu

Well your Sans sounds like an asshole. But actually, did Frisk ever tried to say something before? Like asking him for help or something before the whole Genocide-Thingy happend? I mean what Sans could do? He killed Frisk in Genocide yeah, but because Chara was in control and forced Frisk to do it. So its Charas fault that Frisk got hurt and killed in the Genocide over and over and not Sans' fault. Its a bit complicated in my eyes cause there could happend some things that could have avoid all of this uwu

Actually Frisk had no ideas Sans could remember, he and Chara just thought Sans didn't. They learned about that only when Sans talked to them in his fight during the geno run. For the whole genocide run, Chara revealed herself to Sans to avoid Frisk any problem, Chara kept her eyes and her voice, so it is 100% possible to distinguish the two, so Sans knew it was not Frisk. When Frisk asked for the quit, Sans knew about the two of them sharing a body, so he knew Frisk was innocent of the genocide run. And even if he didn't know, Sans went very very far, he broke all of Frisk's bone with his bones attacks.
And Frisk got kill a lot in the pacifist run, he is just 10 years old, he never learned how to dodge anything until the underground. Sans just let it happened, he knew about the loads so he shrugged it off.

I don't think anything justifies making a kid suffer.
Because i did not described the whole thing but : Sans avoided hitting anything vital, and did not use the karmic retribution, his goal was to make the kid inside the body suffer.
Except for most of his chest, his bones were broken, he looked more like a bloody rag doll than a human at this point. But to give Sans some points, he regretted his action later on when during the next load he noticed that neither Chara nor Frisk was coming, so he went to check, and found that Frisk was bracing himself due to the subsiding pain, the kid was in so much pain that just touching his shoulder made him let out a blood curling shriek of pain. (that's how i described it)

I know, in fact Chara hold a part of the blame, and so does Frisk. Chara's parts are her plan with the buttercups, and starting genocide to deal with all of this. Frisk's part is.... well, not thinking that it might be stupid to do so, Sans is angry after all that happened to yeah, it was dangerous.
I don't blame everything on Sans, but i think he went very far with this kill. And he knows he hold a part of responsibility for the genocide run, it's not just Frisk and Chara. Everybody in the underground hold a part of the blame, monsters for being so cruel toward a child, Asgore for his law, Toriel for not coming along and protecting him, Asriel..... Okay maybe not Asriel, but you get the point.
There are consequences, consequences that Chara was not afraid to face after the 2nd pacifist run. Even though it came out well, monsters had to face the consequences, their hatred for humans, and their cruelty toward a kid, led to a genocide of their kind. Even though it was planned all along to bring them back, they made a kid that loved monsters go genocide against them.

Well monsters felt guilty because except Alphys, Asgore, and Toriel none of them knew that Frisk was 10 years old, they just assumed he was small, not young.
Undyne even wanted to supplex her old self for killing Frisk.

I like to put some comic moment in my fiction, for example Chara vs Gaster, she used the holes in Gaster's giant hand to avoid getting hit by that, leaving Gaster to mentally facepalm because of that. Or having Mettaton put on a quizz on Alphys's latest ship, the answers were :
A The king and his ex queen
B Alphys and Undyne
C The two humans
D Sans and Ketchup
I think it's obvious what is the comic part.
