This is sensational, an almost 3D effect, makes the model pops from my screen. Love how whatever you have done to make the background blurred accentuates the lighting, pose and that wonderful expression. Teach me how please..........

thanks - the effect is created by the lens. The Kodak Aero Ektar is an old WWII reconnaissance lens with a focal length of 178mm and aperture f2.5...

Thanks, just googled this lens/camera combo, very interesting indeed. I would love to know more about photography and play with this old gear. Those of you in the know make it work so well, such beautiful images from such beautiful old equipment. Love your webpage too, cheers!
