I was going to add her hat, earings and necklace, but I got to exited to start coloring that I forgot. ;o; Sorry.

I am constantly amazed at how well you are able to convey emotions through your artwork, as well as your ever-increasing skill at drawing backgrounds (there's actually not a lot of background in this, but that comment isn't too out of place, is it? XD). Anyway, y'know how when people draw rainy scenes, it's always dark and dreary? This isn't, and I really like that about this picture. The shine everywhere, and the little splashes on the character's head where the rain is hitting, make this a much more appealing image than many I've seen. I love how much light in in the picture; it really brings out the contrast of the character's black-and-white markings. The shading is superb, and I like how you have all this white airbrushing in the storm-clouds, and around the character's form. Brilliant. :'3

Yeah, I didn't know what I was going to do about the BG, because I've never tried drawing a storm, and I'm not very happy with my cloud making, so, I did the best I could. Yeah, I didn't want it to seem too gloomy and stuff.
