Who do you think has the snazziest glasses? XDThis drawing is an entry for DragonBlast71 's 200+ watcher contest.
May luck be by my side... or if not, it's ok. Mainly for fun and I have nothing much else to draw anyway. Give some suggestions in the comments if you have any, I would like to experiment different styles and do more drawings, so let me know.

Yep... actually, it turns out that technically Serperior has arms... just really really shorter and stubbier than it's pre-evolved forms XD
