Wow! It is good photo! I like the clouds shape and the color of the photo, especially the sky and buildings color. The brown color of this photo makes this photo looks like a retro (vintage) photo. The color of bulidings are also good, make the buildings look like the old building (considering this is the retro photo).
In my opinion, this photo looks better if the saturation is increased a little. And the lighting of the ground, makes the ground looks so shiny and smooth. So the ground is looks like the "floor," especially the shading of the ground (the dark gray color of the ground) because the buildings reflections looks clear on the ground.

Really really love this!

I think your processing skills is superb, and you've managed to create a surreal atmosphere with this image that is enticing.

though, with this particular image, I can tell that there's some artifacts by the roof tops. A slight but noticeable halo effect at certain places, and noise that wasn't removed. I get why it's there, the way you've processed the image is kinda extreme, but makes the image so eye catching. But if I where you, I'd zoom in, blur the pixels next to the roof tops to get rid of the residual noise, and remove the subtle halos.
