Hello I loved your work I've some time I've been training with the filter polerizador nd and 4 and these results can not, I can have this kind of outcome of early morning on the beach? with polerizador? or ND4? how? thanks

You need stronger filter, in most conditions ND4 won't be enough to shoot longer exposures, unless early morning or late evening.
Also go look for some long exposure tutorials, there's plenty of them around.
