I bet most of you people are familiar with these vehicles that were released for MMD.For those that aren't familiar to what I'm talking about or your new to MMD, this is probably the first set of vehicles you'll be downloading for the said software. After all, these are one of the first set of vehicles ever released for MMD.
This starter pack includes the following:
-A BIG dump truck
-2 BMW sedans
-A Mercedes S-Class sedan
-A Mercedes convertible
-Go-karts
-'57 Chevy
-'58 Impala
-A plane
-Jeep
-Police car
-Smart car
-An ugly Ferrari model
-Last, but not least, a VW LT minibus (My fav)

there are text files within the folders that are probably readmes. from what i could tell after running the one for the go carts through google translate, it's ok to edit them and i think the maker is Ginpa P or something?

I have seen MMD videos that the models are inside the car and are seen through the windows, but I, when I put a model behind the windows of the car, the model does not look

Use the Model Draw Order and make sure your model goes first, then the vehicle.
