Inspired by that song.
Ok let me explain.
This artwork is about the escape of reality by alcohol and the addiction of alcohol. same topic as the songmaybe you can't see it but she wears a t-shirt with a sad smile and her tears ruined her make-up. (that means she was unhappy until she drank alcohol) So she wants to be happy and drinks alcohol to feel better. To be in an other world. Full of happiness and without fears/pain/sadness etc. The bottle and the colors symbolize this "sweet escape" -> stars, smiles, colors. as against the main color *blue* (sadness, loneliness, etc...)
The chains are broken. She feels free in the rush. She's so happy she could die...
Another interpretation: She drinks because she wants to have fun and the broken chains symbolize that she can be who she wants to be and leave her old "life" behind.

This is a really great picture! I love the colours and everything in it!
Though I really didn't know the real meaning of the picture until I saw the comment below. Since the coloration is so cheerful and bubbly, the sadness of the blue colour doesn't really show. I could barely notice the unhappy smile on her shirt and the ruined makeup. Maybe if you expressed more of those parts, people would more easily see the real meaning behind the picture.
But still, I love it

Schade, dass das Smiley auf ihrem T-Shirt so versteckt ist, aber es ging wohl von der Komposition her kaum anders... xD (und vielleicht soll man es auch gar nicht sehen können, wenn man nicht sehr genau hinguckt.) Und das verlaufene Make-up hättest du ruhig noch etwas stärker betonen können; so scheint es ja als hätte sie nur 1-2 Tränen geweint... ^^"
Naja das sind halt so ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die mir aufgefallen sind, ansonsten ist das Bild echt top geworden *_* Ich find die Farben und überhaupt die ganze Symbolkraft sehr schön geworden ^^
