I love Conker's Bad Fur Day, I have yet to play it but I've done enough research and seen enough Jontron videos to know that it's an AWESOME GAME.
I love how you do such obscure crossovers, and not just like something everyone knows about. LIKE THIS. And that other one you did of an MS DOS game, now THAT'S rad.

LOL, yeah most people do crossovers of well known stuff to get attention (I just happen to like really basic shows tho 8'DD) to get watchers or draw lots of fanart, so it's nice to see a change of pace! owo9 Hey man, don't worry, most people my age don't even know what an NES is and it makes me sad. :'I Mostly because I wouldn't even know what that was if it hadn't been for the youtube shows I watch (namely Jontron).

Aaaugh maaaaaaan..... when corporations get involved and try to tell artists how to do their job, things get messy really quickly. ;____; Poor Rare.
Apparently, instead of working on the sequel they had already finished the story for when Microsoft bought them, they were put to work on Live and Reloaded instead. What kind of sense was that supposed to be??? It couldn't have been a sequel on the xbox, NOOOOOO, it had to be a remake that was funnily enough censored even more than the N64 version, almost immediately after the original had been released. ARGH.
By the way, if you're interested, Beta64 on youtube made an episode on Conker's Bad Fur day, which offers a lot of insight into it's production, the many changes it went through before its release and features a lot of rough animations of cutscenes, even one that was cut from the game because it was too graphic. D: I only saw it today, and it's like... really messed up for this game? In spite of the graphics, the Tediz are apparently cutting and picking apart a squirrel while he's still alive? Like.... Jesus as if the Saving Ryan parts of the game weren't dark enough??? D: The music doesn't help either. DX
And they do talk about the sequel as well as the prototype in the video, before it took such a drastic turn in mood and content, so if you're not in the mood for mourning what could have been in any case, stay clear. :'D
Well, not like there's anything wrong with it! XD;;; It sucks to spend days on a drawing and only get like... two views. XD;;; I don't think this site would exist if nobody wanted even the slightest bit of attention. I guess somebody's got to do it though, right? Both of them, I mean. XD;;;;
And I totally get what you mean! 8D One of the reasons I drifted away from EdWin (on a completely different note) was because there was almost too much of it, you know? Too much of one thing just gets boring after a while, and variety is always nice! Maybe I just work better in smaller fandoms or something. 8D;;;
I'm in a similar boat! :'D Anything pre-N64 is really obscure to me because that was before my time, so reviewers like ProJared and the like help me fill in a lot of blank space! And Spoony! God it's been a long time since I saw his reviews! XD;;
Other than that, Retsupurae do a lot of riffing on old games, they're actually the reason I found out about games like Ecstatica and Phantasmagoria! :'D

I heard about that from watching a Jontron video!! It was about Banjo Kazooie, but he mentioned Conker a lot since they were both made by Rare. He also made a VERY funny reaction video about the Conker Sequel Trailer which really helped enlighten me about how dead Rare really is. :'D
Dude, I'd love to watch that! I'll watch that right now, I'm not worried about how dark it will be since I'm not mega attached to the game like others were if they played it during their childhood.

I was a lucky child, I grew up with Pokemon red and blue and got to witness the evolution (no pun intended) of the franchise. One day I saw a Youtube comment that said pokemon Black was their first game (which is a VERY recent one) so that hit me hard and made me really appreciate how I've gotten to watch it get better and better. OMG, I need to watch more ProJared!! Ooh, I'll have to look up Spoony too! 8D

I'm the complete opposite, when I watch others play video games, I just get a stronger urge to play??
