Ok now I have to explain something.
Slick is not your average villein toon, he is a bit of a.. hm. What would be the best word to describe him.
He is a bit of a kind of.. puppeteer? He's not the kind of toon that likes to get his hands dirty, so he prefers others to do it in his name.
Using toons who have nothing and then using them to his advantage. Either to gain profit or recognition.
Tobias and Splat are two examples of he's manipulative ways.
He either temps then with riches or power or.. moulds there psyches with illusions and tricks.
Let's just say.. don't ever trust the three eyed demon.

A guide to demons:
1: never trust ones with 3 eyes or even only an eye (unless he's half demon)
2: never trust demons that looks like a geometrical shape
3: definitely trust the demons that look like a cat ( like Bendy)
