This could be like in "Repo! The Genetic Opera" (not too sure if it's accurate, I haven't heard from it in a long time). There's supposed to be this huge rich company or whatever and the guy has two sons (and a daughter, but I don't think she really applies) who are fighting for who will be the next heir to the company. And their Italian.
Yeah, I never watched the movie. I once saw some videos where they used some clips of hetalia episodes and the songs to try to tell the story. England's the father, but for some reason the 'sons' are Germany and Prussia. Austria's the daughter.
I know I didn't really need to tell you all this, but that's the first thing that popped into my head when I saw this picture.
