That reminds me so very much of the book 'Specials' by Scott Westerfield. Not image on the front cover of his book so much, but the name and the image...kind of like one of the pages in the story. Really well done.

simply wonderful! I was so overwhelmed by the expression and soft porcelain texture of the skin, that it took a long time to absorb everything else in this piece. Amazingly beautiful and thought provoking. Wonderful work!

The eyes are very striking!!! Composition is great, but I think it would look better if we could see a little bit more of the flowers in the corner to round it out. Awesome work, though... the smoothness of her face is peaceful yet disturbing (I just love how her mouth is just slightly open, reminds me of Claudia from Interview with the Vampire). I just love anything white and black with slight traces of color.
