half those artists you mentioned are not "Weirdo Rap" as you call it. A$AP Rocky is giving people a taste of where that REAL slowed-down sound came from--Houston Tx. Gucci Mane is just some dipshit ignoramus who got lucky along with his paste-eating partner Wacka Flocka Flame, they by NO MEANS are "Weirdo Rap". i don't even know what to classify that other than IGNORANT BULLSHIT. Danny Brown is HELLA IGNORANT too but at least he has style and charisma (not to mention FUNNY AS FUCK. if you haven't heard his previous mixtapes BEFORE "XXX" then ya need to). Clams Casino is a DOPE producer so don't pigeonhole him like that, same with Araabmuzik. the rest of that trash belongs in the gimmick category (where Gucci Man and Odd Future belong as well). when you use labels like that cooked up by outsiders, the "culture vultures"--these FUCKIN' HIPSTER PHAGGETS--then you become just like them whether you know it or not:
an OUTSIDER (no DJ Shadow and he's not "weirdo rap" either so don't go there)
