Description Sorry this one is a little late, but I will still finish the challenge in 30 days. I kept it simple because I have a whole other minster to draw tonight! But hey, I threw in a spoiler for an upcoming monster!

In Greek mythology, the cyclops were the first monsters. They were born of the union between the primordial deities Gaia (the earth goddess) and Uranus (the sky god). They were born alongside another race of monstrous siblings (more on them later ) as well as the Titans. Their father hated the cyclops and their monstrous siblings, and imprisoned them in Tartarus within the underworld. Even after the defeat of their father, the titans would not free the creatures. They remained locked away within the earth, guarded by the evil dragon, Campe. It wasn't until Zeus went to war with the titans that they were set free. The cyclops, grateful for being free, made weapons for the young gods and aided the fight against the titans. When the war was won, they were given a home as blacksmith's within the forge of Hephaestus.
This is Brontea the cyclops. A daughter of the god's of the primal world, her ungrateful father imprisoned her and her monstrous twin in the underworld while their more humanoid siblings were allowed to roam free. An abomination of a she dragon was sent to guard their prison. They were made to suffer in the heat of the underworld for what seemed like an eternity.
One fateful day, a strange man appeared outside the indestructable and infernal bars of their prison. With a wave of his hand the seal was released, freeing the ancient twins from within. The dragon roared into furious awakening but was slain by Brontea's fearsome sister. When the thunderous battle was over, the strange man had disappeared entirely. In his place was a great smith's hammer. Brontea took the mighty tool in hand and parted ways with her sister so that she may seek the strange man. Along her journey she encountered many strange races, some of which offered her hospitality and information. In return for their kindness, Brontea forged them great works of metal and helped construct monumental buildings. Word of the great wandering cyclops spread. Many came seeking the aid of her magnificent craftsmanship. Some even followed her as aprentices. Still her search continued for the being that had set her free.
