I would say there was a rather even dark blue layer at the bottom, then brighter addition with a small brush, then even brighter addition with a very thin brush at the very top... it seems rather difficult

Атмосфера невероятно мягкой для ушей тишины, вот что собой несёт эта работа!
Настолько сильная работа, что при её длительном просмотре ощущаешь спокойствие и безопасность!
Ну это лично мои ощущения, хотя судя по работе, там совсем другие переживания, однако атмосфера для меня показалось именно такой!
Просто нет слов, как сделана работа, великолепное решение волос, в эти Живые волосы можно окунуться с головой! )
