PS(Update 2-11-2013):Her name means "i love you" because of a staff‘s mock（neta）.In game she fall in unrequited love with Chrome but there are not any support selections with him,
She love him, but you have no chance to get them together.
It's actually a staff joke.
In English version her name is Cordelia, this name is boring and lacks satire than Tiamo.

The name Cordelia isn't necessarily boring, in fact, it has some pretty nice references as well, though not as obvious as Tiamo. Cordelia is often associated with Latin cor (or cordis if we're talking genitive) meaning 'heart'. It's entirely possible that it is also a neat callback to the legendary queen Cordellia.

Ah yes and then the character from Shakespeare's 'King Lear' who was based off of queen Cordellia as well, that might be a possibility as well.

As for another point about the English name:
Not only can it be construed as a King Lear reference, but the Latin word "cors" ("cordis" in the genitive case used used for possessives) means "heart" in English.
The name "Cordelia" thus roughly means "of the heart", based on its Latin roots.
Compare to Tiamo, which as you already noted translates to "I love you".
The two names both have similar senses and the name Cordelia will probably make more sense to the English speaking audience.
