Butterfree from The Cave of Dragonflies made me do it. I swear. It's her new favorite Pokemon.This is Diaruga, the new legendary from Diamond and Pearl. Man, I really, really hate some of the new Pokemon they created on there--seems like their character designer got replaced with a monkey, who proceeded to immortalize himself through one of the poor starters and then bring shame on the old gen Pokemon by making hideous evolutions for them. Magneton evo, anyone?

I don't get the new Pokemon. Loved the Kanto ones, LOVED the Johto ones, Hoenn was okay, and hated the Diamond ones. What I don't get is how they keep getting more legendaries, I think Diamond/Pearl had over ten legendaries. I'll have to agree on the monkey theory, it's as if they stopped trying.

I have to agree, I don't like some of the 4th generation Pokemon, but some of them are cool. I like Luxray out of all of them (so far) and Arceus is pretty cool too.

I actually happened 2 like the 4th generation, I just think that they could have been better.
I was actually very happy with them but Nintendo, if you're listening, start using the wonderful ideas of the very kids that love Pokemon themselves.

I highly concure. The electabuzz evo is even more atrocious. Their designers are smoking something, my question is; why arn't they sharing it with the rest of us? Maybe then, we will enjoy playing with some of these horrible pokemon.

I always used to wonder about how on the show they would suddenly discover a new country with new pokemon and people that speak the same language as them and that in this new country old pokemon suddenly had lower evolutions and higher ones that nobody had ever noticed before. They overdue it.[I have to admit I thought buizel was cute]Sorry for rambling. I think the picture is adorable. I wants one.

I agree, a lot of the new pokemon look somewhat funky too me. I like most of the but we could have done without some of the new evos

Well, I don't know, I like some of the new pokemon... that penguin starter is pretty cool, but I get what you're saying, they wrecked a lot of them. This is EXTRORDINARILY cute though!

I really agree. I love Pokemon DEARLY and I'm really disapointed with the new character designs. They really disapointed me. I like Lucario a lot but I really don't care for any of the new Pokemon. I loved the idea of new Eevee evolutions but the designs for them were terriblely disapointing! It's a total shame...

*squeak* I'm totally obsessed with Diaruga xDD I bought a special edition Diaruga figure of eBay lastnight.
Apart from Diaruga, Lucario and a few others though, I really don't like most of the new pokemon :l Too many evolutions/pre-volutions of exitsing pokemon.

I agree on some of the pokemon. A lot of the new pokemon that are pre-evos or evos of old pokemon I don't like too much. Did we REALLY need a Magmar evo? Magneton evo? Togetic evo? Not particularly. I DO like a lot of the BRAND NEW pokemon, though. Not all of them.. but a lot of them (not that there were a ton of them, really.. which disapoints me, but whatever). I actually imported Pearl and am having a blast with it.. it just seems like they could have added more brand new critters without having to add on to a bunch of old ones that didn't even NEED it.

Yeah. It's the Diamond's 'mascot' legendary, with Parukia being the mascot for Pearl.

ONLY 4th gen I liked. Bouysly and Pachirisu. ONLY ones. are those.
The rest either suck (Tengela Evolution) or should NOT of been made (Tengela Evolution) (Magneton Evolution)
