After having been freed from the control programming of Dr. Gero in her timeline by the alternate Z Senshi, this version of Vejitina found herself trapped in an immortal, yet disfigured form.
Unable to reconcile her hatred of Sanshou, whom she mostly blamed for her condition, and the fact that she could never be returned to normal, the princess isolated herself from everyone; including her childhood friend and likewise cyborg, Musei. Wandering the Earth, she would generally ignore the slowly rebuilding populace while lamenting her fate.

It's a long story.. in her timeline, she and the other Saiyajin were attacked by Red Ribbon shortly after they landed and Sanshou was taken by them. After months of fighting off various villains on top of trying to find and free him, they found him... turned into an android and under Gero's control. They just couldn't outmatch him as an android, and he killed them both; only for Gero to then turn around and turn them into cyborgs as well. But having been dead at least a little while prior to her conversion, she needed more prosthetics than usual hence why she looks as she does now.
