Waa, this is really nice, both of them. But this one should include more lighting from the fire. Maybe on her shirt put some orangey highlights to indicate she is in the picture itself >w<

I'm speechless! Or more like, there's so much things to say, that I don't know what to say! Although you sent the link for the green version, I'm gonna comment on this red version (( Just like how I prefer Fire Red over Leaf Green -dies- ))
Anyways...
Starting from the background..
The background is well done for both pictures. You used different shades for the leaves, and that's what I like most about it, because of the details, and I love details. The choice of coloring for it was good too. For the green one, I like how you did the clouds~
The hair, yeah it must've been hard as heck and time consuming to do, but everything in here seems like time well worth it. I like the fact that you didn't use a black outline and you choose to use a different color outline. The fact that you can see the different colors too is what makes it amazing, and seeing the contrast between the shading and the highlights. It makes it look detailed and painterly, it's just great (( See, I don't know what to say really, because I'm in awe ))
The clothing is done pretty well too, although you can't see the shading as much as you can with the hair or even the trees because the values don't differ too much with each other. But you can still see it though, so I think it's fine~ I'm not one to talk about sources of light because I can't really tell myself, so I'm not going to talk about it, but it seems fine also. I like the style the eyes are done in too~ And the details. DETAILS.
Now, I never really cared for Clannad much or watched it at all really, but I like this style. Like I said, it's awesome because you based it off a style sure, but you added your own unique touch.
Keep up the good work~ I'm quite envious, and you can see that you're getting better and better~ I'm quite envious, as always. Even with school starting again, I hope to see more stuff~
