Woohoo! 100th deviation (took me long enough)! There's a thing floating around on Tumblr and here right now, which has these four movies as one crossover, kind of like Superwholock (although, I haven't seen that fanfiction on specifically the four of them...usually it's just HiJack shipping...). And to be honest, it's an adorable crossover. Whoever came up with the idea, is a genius and has my most profound thanks! You guys call them the Big Four, or the Fantastic Four, but I like my name for them. It's cute.
Okay, this started off as a sketch, but somehow turned into something I started losing sleep over...whoops... Anyways, each one kind of has their own motif: Punzie has the artwork based of Glen Keane's daughter's art (which is really pretty) and the symbol of Corona; Merida has the Will-o-the-Wisp and some art based off the first tapestry; Hiccup has Toothless and a Celtic pattern (yes, I know he's a Viking but Celtic and Norse designs are really similar, and basically all the adults are voiced by Scottish actors...also, I couldn't find any concept art to work around); Jack is obvious, with a snowflake and a bg with frost-inspired patterns. Hiccup kind of looks like he's stoned...but Merida's background turned out really well though, if I do say so myself. There's probably a good chance I'll be drawing these guys again soon.
