Getting on the BnHA Oc train toot toot!

I've actually had this design and also one for a pro hero sitting in my queue for awhile but I've been busy with work/recovering.

Name: Kishi Asahi 岸朝日

Age: 16

Hero Name: Quel

Occupation: Student

Class: 1-B

Quirk: Silence

Quirk Description: Her quirk allows her to quell sound around her and others. If she is close to you for example you will feel as if you have gone deaf. Her quirk comes in handy for stealth based rescue. Even without her quirk she is a very stealthy flyer with her wings. (Her design was inspired by barn owls and how quiet they are in flight.)

Weakness: She can be easily startled.

Personality: Kishi can be a bit timid at times and sometimes wonders if she is cut out to be a hero. She is very passionate for her friends and people she cares about. When she gets embarrassed or scared she will cover her body with her wings.

Likes: Peaches, Flying, Clear Sunny Days, and Flowers

Dislikes: Loud Noises, Conflict, and Thunderstorms
