Yup. It's exactly what it looks like. I drew this as a way of sort of laughing at the dismayed Dragonball fans who're pissed off that the new DB movie isn't gonna be all Spy-Kids type movie-making with sort of puppet-like BGs looking exactly like the DB universe and characters not spot-on to their original appearance. I LAUGH AT YOU! HAHAHAH!Hahah, I used to be a hardcore DBZ fan (Not suprising xD) and lemme tell ya, I can safely say that Akira Toriyama's style is one of the few I ever got so close to nailing down.
Vegeta was always my favorite character too; I just liked his evil personality. x3
