This is Celeste. She is the guardian of the night. She has magical abilities that allow her to glow like the twikling stars.

She is created using:

Acrylics for the symbol and eyes: Her symbol is a stary night, with falling stars and a half glowing moon. She also has a lunar tiara painted on her forehead.
Her eyes were inspired by eye tutorial [link]

Her wings were hand sculpted from polymer clay. This was my first time scuplting wings, I had a lot of fun. I learned alot too (make sure you take out your magnets before baking the pony - those things melt).

Her hair is actually shiny white (I know in the pics it looks a little yellowish). Its White Witch & Glow in the Dark White from Dollyhair.com [link]
