lmao I started doodling this back when Hurricane Matthew was still active because I thought it was so cute that Matthew got to have his own hurricane :'D But then it became a really bad storm and hahahaa;; I imagine "Matthew" will end up as a retired hurricane name :'V

I wanted to finish this before the storm dissipated but you know... life. Fatigue. I swear coloring has become the slowest/hardest part for me ever since I've had a job. Most of my WIPs are sketches/lineart and then I just don't have the energy to color o<--< I never spend this long on chibis lol. THEY ARE SIMPLE. WTF SELF. I can't wait for my job to be over xD

Anyway, I've missed drawing Matthew and this is his updated outfit that will be a part of his new ref ((whenever I get around to it)) that will also include some of his story updates and things he has been up to in this past year or so without an RP group! He's been getting more active in my head again and I've been doodling him more, too x) Here, I gave him some Hurricane Matthew souvenirs xD hurricane warning flag and a hurricane plushie with the name "Matthew" stitched into it :'D

irl I am kind of a weather nerd-- so... umm... yeah... I got a bit excited when I saw a new hurricane shared the name of one of my fave personal OCs :'D

My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone who lost loved ones or property in the storm as it was quite damaging, especially in Haiti.
