I know this design exists elsewhere in my gallery, but...eh. I just made a new one, it's prettier than the last one, and I took better pictures. So, Amaterasu Kitsune Revisited.This mask is inspired by the video game "Okami" Google it...prettiest PS2 game ever. You get to save the world with art. As a beautiful wolf. What could be better?
This is NOT a wolf, however. This is a kitsune, or Japanese fox spirit. The markings work really well as a nearly traditional kitsune mask. I think the Sumi-E swirls in her ears are especially spiffy.

You are right, the markings work perfectly for a kitsune. This would totally look gorgeous next to the Rao version, and the ear swirlies give it that wonderful bit of charm c:

i saw it i have a lil question i dont know why but the craft places in my city dont sell fabric (except michaels its expensive) so can i use pleather? will it still come out good?

NO, please don't! Pleather is plastic and will melt or possibly catch fire.
