Description
A painting I did specifically for of his two favorite Dead or Alive girls, Ayane and Kasumi. Idea for the painting came from the "Be Friendly" scene in Dead or Alive Xtreme 2 obviously. Their swimsuits are from the first Dead or Alive Xtreme game, as are their accessories. I picked the tranquil beach as the setting because it is my favorite as well as 's favorite. The time of day was supposed to be day, but since the sky isn't as brilliantly blue in the picture as it should be in the game it kind of seems more like morning.Anyway, hope you like it, oniichan! =3

Wow! I did not think I would go through the moment once more when I first saw this in the actual game! My jaw literally hit the floor. One could never imagine these two doing such a thing before Itagaki came out with the Xtreme series. I mean, they were trying to kill each other not "pleasure" each other!
You have done everything wonderfully well and can't wait to hang it up in my room. Just how do you get water colors to do that? I love how the image is soft to the eye.
Ayane's hair was done perfect along with her signature head band. Her hair color is such a lovely shade of purple which coordinates well with the Pixie swimsuit. A rather neat feature here is how you put her legs into visual perspective out in the distance. That must feel really good because Ayane's toes seem to be curling inward. hehe!
Kasumi was done nicely as well. A slightly darker skin tone than Ayane's was the way to go. With that look on her face, it would seem she is enjoying this as much as Ayane is! Kasumi looks good in just about anything but I felt that the Gentian was just perfect for this specific scene.
It is a shame that there will be no more Dead or Alive now. Tecmo really fouled up this time. I can't really think of any other great series within the company other than Itagaki's works.
