Oh yes,
Thats for sure Knight. AND, if Heather makes that bus, there is no encounter in the woods with Cassie she-wolf, no Heather she-wolf, and eventually, no she-wolf comic. YAY to the driver of that bus who left Heather behind and lead to her curse!

Clear in retrospect regretted Heather that she has taken the other way.

Hey Zero,
I totally agree with your comment about Heather. I think Heather, who is dealing with a lot right now, being attacked by a large she-beast and becoming a she-wolf herself, is angry, scared and afraid that she might hurt Alicia, who she loves a lot. When you have two people who care about each other, and throw in a monsterous curse, it only makes things must tougher to deal with, for that one person who becomes a monster. ^^
Thanks Z!

Horror 101: Never venture into the woods at night, you don't know what is lurking in the shadows. But back then, Heather didn't know that until Cassie She-Wolf attacked her.
This would be a cool werewolf movie if made properly and with the crew, cast, etc. It's just a shame there isn't many actresses who star as the werewolf in movies these days. Some people don't like the idea of really hairy woman, if you know what I mean.
It's a werewolf for God's sake. It may be difficult but with dedication and effort, they could make a female werewolf that retains the womanly characteristics of her human form.
This is just my opinion but I think a person in a werewolf suit is far better than their CGI counterparts. Sure there's a few CGI werewolves that look really good but the CG ruins the look and feeling of the creature.

Hey Darkwolf,
Ain't that the truth my friend! Going into the woods, in a horror atmosphere, BAD idea, especially for girls! Heather may have thought she was taking a shortcut home, but she really met a predator lurking in the woods, that spread her curse onto her.
And awww, I am honored that you think my Cursed comic have the makings of a movie/TV series! ^^ Thats a HUGE compliment for me as I am based my comic on a female version of Werewolf TV, that aired in the 80s. Yea, I am afraid you are right about a lack of good females who'd want to do a she-wolf series like this. I really like Laura Vanderoot (currently in Bitten), but the storyline sucks so bad as we have more of the same crap, a bunch of dudes with no damn shirts on and a female who is cursed and thrust into their dumb pack. (ARGH!) I want a strong, female lead that doesnt need no dumb guys to make a series good! (I will say this, the females are going to drive this comic, guys, only appear for Cassie wolfmeat, lol) And YES, I am also tired of the taboos that women cant be hairy she-wolfs or you see then change the same way you see guys change (clothes ripping, bones stretching etc) I'm going to bash that taboo in this one, trust me!
And thats another thing I hate, hot females who change and become uni-sex weres. I want a she-wolf to keep her feminine characteristics, but become a monsterous creature! Although, I never have been a fan of the she-wolves with those teats on them. You wont see anything like that here, shes not going to feed any baby weres, lol. ^^
And I totally agree with you that a person in a large costume is better then some crappy CGI werewolf. (its so funny you mention this, Darkwolf had the WORST CGI female to she-wolf I ever seen and the movie was crap! -Kane Hodder *aka Jason Voorhees* played the werewolf) You can still do an awesome she-wolf series and it not have to end with 'ooh I love him, our love will be stronger then his werewolf curse' ARGH, just eat the damn chick already and end that crap, lol. ^^
Thanks DW!

Glad you agree with me, though you got my name wrong by accident. It's darklord not darkwolf, lol.
Yes, I rented the movie Darkwolf a couple of times, it sucked big! And I rarely say that to a werewolf movie. The werewolf itself was horrible. It's like someone took a gorilla suit, cut the head off and replace it with a wolf's head. Kane Hodder, who I believe did a fantastic job as the iconic Jason Voorhees, looked weak in terms of character in Darkwolf.
"Darkwolf is not going to be easy to defeat. He can only be killed with silver through the eye." Really? A werewolf can take getting an eye shot out and still walk away. A couple of silver bullets to the chest is enough to take one down. In fact the roar used in the film was used in the movie Dinocroc, which I admit was pretty good for a B-rated sci-fi/horror movie.
I saw pictures of she-wolves with extra pair of breasts below the main pair, though that's more of the artist's choice. I don't mind a she-wolf having rock-hard abs. Having the fur thinner around the abdominal region enough to the point where you can see the abs because the victim always bulks up in muscle as he or she changes into a werewolf.

Hey Darklord,
GAH, my mistake! For some strange reason I thought you name was Darkwolf all this time, lol. Thank goodness you didnt have the same name as such a crappy movie like that, thats for sure! Yea, what a bad, bad movie that was, all around. The horrible female CGI werewolf TF, the garbage DW monster and the crappy storyline.
And as fas as she-wolf preference, I too like but furry and light furry SWs, where you can see powerful six pack abs and breasts. Just something that can let us know shes a she-wolf and not some crappy uni-sex were! And leave out the teats for me, again, those are not necessary for me, she snot having any babies, and wont need them, lol!

Whatever happened to the old school way of werewolf tfs of makeup effects and prosthetics/animatronics such as we saw An American Werewolf in London and the Howling, the two best werewolf movies ever made?
The makeup effects used in werewolf transformations are way better than CGI ones. The process may prove challenging at times but it pays off in the end. Look at the famous makeup artist Rick Baker. He won an Academy Award for the best makeup effects for An American Werewolf in London. That's not something you see in a werewolf movie reception, don't you agree.

I suuuuure to agree with you on all points Darklord!
I am a HUGE fan of AWinL and especially the Howling (I grew up with those!) because, as you said, people werent afraid to tackle ideas such as prosthetics and such! Nowadays, all these damn directors want to do is put these stupid ass lovesick teens into these crappy movies (YES,'m talking to you Twilight, Teen Wolf TV!) and go with that 'love conquers all' BS! I dont want that crap in my horror movies, especially my werewolf ones! They try and appeal to these damn young teenage girls with all that crap, when they need to start going to back to the old ways when HORROR was HORROR and romance stood where it belongs, on its side of the room!
I laughed because there was this one really bad werewolf movie I seen a few years ago, I forgot its name too, gah! Anyhow, the guy was a werewolf and his girlfriend was this young chick who thought their love could cure his curse. Well, at the end, he fights the other wolf, kills him and then devours her, lol. Now see, we need more of this in HORROR films, you think Jason Voorhees or Michael Myers or Freddy Kreuger anted to be saved by some love of some bimbos!? Heck no, they were legendary slashers, its what they did, end of story! Yea, they kept trying to kill them, but they kept coming back, teehee.
So yea, these types of films have ruined the werewolf genre, Im afraid. You will never see anything like AWiL, Howling or Werewolf TV ever again Dark, and thats a daaaaaaaaamn shame!
