I wanted some quick but cute plushies for a market I was going to, so I bought this lovely Dino pattern .This Dino came out looking so lovely and derpie ^^ Again, a combination of minky and designer cotton (by Tula Pink). I really like how the two fabrics look together.
This little guy is about 26cm (10") tall and comes with a (detachable) ribbon with a jingle bell around his neck. He's stuffed with fiberfill and has weigted plastic pellets in his tail so he can sit without falling over. The eyes are plastic safety eyes.

This is really amazing. The colors all work so nicely together and I just want to pick it up and hug it, not to mention it is the most adorable thing I have ever seen. Nice Work!! I love the different use of fabric on the underside versus the back. The contrast of warm and cool colors also makes the ribbon for the bell so much more adorable. If anything would to be changed, I would say make the bow in the back a tad less 'out-there' but even that has its own cute appeal, so it isn't a big deal! I , too love the combination of a one-coloured soft material and colorful cotton with a nice pattern (and of course the black plastic safety eyes).
I bought her pattern and planned to do several other animals and stuff like that, seems i am not the only one ^-^

I've always loved using beautiful quilting cottons, not just on plushies. This dino pattern already had the two tone fabric, so I just kept that intact!
I don't think the dino is from the same person as the prototo though?
