I have to submit it for the contest because it fits the theme perfectly.
This is inspired by a song called "Exodus" by Evanescence. I loved the song since the first time I heard it. I could really relate to it at that time (before I graduated from high school,) because I was under a lot of pressure to make good grades, but I felt like there are so much more in life that I'd love to learn and accomplish besides math and science. And high school is a place that I never feel "belong." The things I drew on the wings are little things I created before, they're things that belong to me, and they're part of my dreams.

Fantastic! So much detail with the sleeves over the arms. I dont' even wanna think about how long that took. The wings really break away from the typical wings you get with faeries and angles.

Umm...wow...is it just me or is this insanely more realistic than ur usual! What happened!?!?! Lol. I like it a lot, especially those wings...when I first saw the sketch a while back I thought it was really cool. And now, like this...just jawdropping. Amazing work, you've done an incredible job.

She is stunning...the clothing make you wonder is she is dark, or simply mysterious. The expression in her eyes is wonderful. She as seen more then her age would let one believe. I love the hair...the wings...are simply stunning. Dark, withdrawn, screaming, singing, hoping, lost, found, light, and dark. A paradox wrapped in a simple, forgotten frame. Mortality never looked so eternal.

well, I'm back home in Tallahassee now....but I was in Gainsville to visit my friend Andrew Smiley (real smart kid that is amazing on piano and drums), I don't know if you know him or not.....maybe you have a class with him or something. I was staying in some girls dorm in Tibelt Hall, or Turbelt Hall, something like that. I'll probably be back there in the middle of november.

i don't know where that is.....i only know where archer is, univerity is, statium is, north-south is, and where fletcher is. piano is awsome....there is a really good music program there. drums are fun.....anybody can play them......just need to practice a lot

too lazy to find a costume?? it doesn't take that much work. I'm going as Johnny Depp's character in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I almost have everything I need to have the complete set up. I want a set of digital drums sooooo bad. Are you origionally from Jacksonville by any chance? In J-Ville, they have George's Music store, where you can play digi drums for as long as you want!!! I've spent hours in that place.

wow you know what? I must admit, this is the best thing you've ever made...at least I think so! And the colours are like...really well done because they look sort of 3D, but yet it fits and that background all together, it's just perfect! I'm really amazed over this one, you've work a lot with it...if not it's good anyway
