this is brilliant, though I reckon it should be a manip of a in-flight/prev-flight, because the engine looks absolutely... dead.

I can assure you that the photo was taken in flight, and seeing that I'm still alive, that engine was alive at 35,000 feet. hehe

this photo has a quality that I can't quite put my finger on, but i LOVE IT. the soft, slightly blurred clouds against the hard, cold wing/engine. i can almost aways find something wrong with a photo, but there is nothing wrong with this, as with a lot of your work. excellent job, i love it!

the sky and the pixelatedness around the jet engine opening makes it almost look like a rendering. Ive never been flying before, but i will shortly for my senior trip. Love the border, and those are some trippppy clouds. -BES

This brings back memories from when I was a child. I used to travel with the plane every summer to visit my family and somehow we'd always get the seat right before or after one of the engines. I didn't mind, this way I would be the first person to know if the engine on that side dropped off..
